Client Requirements

Design Content Preparation

• Website content
• Images (if available)
• Color palette (if available)
• Reference layout (if available)

Content Submission Deadline

• The maximum time to provide all required materials is 7 days after the order confirmation.
• If the client submits the content later than the agreed time, the deadline will automatically be extended accordingly, or the slot may be cancelled if the delay exceeds 7 days.

Slow Response Handling

If the client does not respond within 72 hours since the last communication, the slot may be reassigned to another project.

Order Cancellation

• If no work has started: 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If the demo design is in progress: the client must pay 50% of the total cost.
• If the project has been completed: the client must pay 100% of the total service cost.

Payment Policy

• Phase 1: 50% payment after the demo is approved.
• Phase 2: Remaining 50% after the final delivery.

Workflow

1. Receive brief and website content
2. Create a demo within 3–5 working days
3. After the client approves the demo → 50% payment
4. Complete the website interface on the client’s account within 24 hours
5. Final payment and full delivery

Revision Policy

• During the demo stage: up to 5 revisions are allowed.
• From the 6th revision onward, additional fees may apply if the changes are significant.
• After the demo is finalized: revisions will be charged.
• Technical errors caused by the designer will be fixed for free.

If the client changes the brief after the demo has started, adjustment fees will apply starting from 100k VND depending on the complexity.

If the change significantly affects the original direction, the order may be cancelled and 50% of the cost will be charged.

Warranty Policy

• Warranty period: 3 months from the delivery date.
• After delivery: basic usage guidance will be provided.
• During the warranty period: content edits are supported (excluding layout or color palette).
• After the warranty period: all revisions will be charged based on agreement.

Any request to change the layout or color palette will be treated as a new order.

Product Ownership

After delivery, the client holds full ownership rights to the design product.

However, the product may not be modified beyond 40% for redistribution, resale, or other purposes without prior notice.

Elements That Must Not Be Modified

• Website layout
• Color palettes

Credit Policy

• Orders from February 2026 onward will include designer credit on Carrd.
• Clients are not allowed to claim themselves as the designer.

Demo Preservation

• If the order is cancelled, the demo remains the property of the designer.
• It may be used as a sample or included in the designer’s portfolio.

Source File Delivery

• Elements: PNG
• Background: JPEG or GIF
• Illustrator file 300DPI (.ai)

Files will be stored for 30 days after delivery.

Third-Party Platform Issues

I am not responsible for website issues caused by third-party platforms, but I will assist in guiding possible solutions within my capability.

Violation Policy

• Claiming yourself as the designer.
• Requesting refunds against the agreed terms.
• Modifying the product beyond the allowed limit.

Delayed Response

• After 3 days: a final reminder will be sent.
• After 5 days without response: the website may be removed.

Disclaimer

• I do not support purchasing or paying for third-party Pro services on behalf of clients.
• Terms of service may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• I am not responsible for issues caused by client modifications after delivery.
• All communication and agreements will be archived as reference in case of disputes.

Rush Order

Urgent Orders

Rush website design orders can be completed within 24–48 hours for non-complex projects.

Extra Fee

• 48 hours delivery: ×2 normal price
• 24 hours delivery: ×3 normal price

Clients must prepare all required content clearly and promptly to ensure the deadline.

Submitting an order request means the client has read, understood, and agreed to all the terms listed above.
